ETF Tug & Towage Committee calls for a common European framework of rules to guarantee job security in the tug and towage sector. The ETF Tugs and Towage Committee wrote to the European Association of Tug Owners (ETA), asking to start meaningful negotiations on a European framework to ensure that all those activating in the sector comply with the same rules and regulations.
