Union action in time of COVID-19: VSZ hard at work to ensure health & safety of railway workers

Due to the COVID-19, railway passengers and traffic have decreased in Hungary, but railway workers are still hard at work, and it’s important to monitor their health and safety!

Hungarian trade union, VSZ, Trade Union of Hungarian Railwaymen, is working hard to guarantee a safe workplace for their railway workers!

We see Norbert Kondor, a health and safety expert from VSZ, checking up on the daily situation at his place of employment. He discusses and consults with colleagues about the stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the need for hand sanitiser, checks the amount of protective equipment that is available or received, and talks to the station boss about supplies!
