The ETF has various meeting rooms for hire at our office next to Brussels’ Central Train Station. All rooms have projectors or plasma screens, and some have in-built interpretation booths and equipment. Take a look at our leaflet or contact etf@etf-europe.org to find out more.
Available Rooms
Meeting Room 1
Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 72 people and is suitable for conferences, seminars, training sessions and hybrid events.
The room can also be divided into two separate meeting rooms. Please note that when the room is split, the available technical facilities and interpretation options are reduced. Please contact us for further information.
Meeting Room 2
Meeting Room 2 accommodates up to 13 people, or up to 18 people when the projector is not in use. It is ideal for smaller meetings, workshops and team discussions.
Please note that interpretation facilities are not available in this room.
Technical Facilities
Our meeting rooms are equipped to support both in-person and hybrid meetings.
Meeting Room 1 includes:
- Projector and screen
- Webcam for hybrid meetings
- Fixed microphones and headsets
- Six on-site interpretation booths
- Hybrid interpretation system supporting up to five languages via Zoom
Meeting Room 2 includes:
- Projector and screen
- Webcam for hybrid meetings
A canteen is also available for coffee breaks and lunch, subject to capacity.
