In the EASA Capacity Building project, ETF produced a training package that is now available to download and use.
The training package on EASA consists of a number of modules covering all aspects of the workers’ involvement with the Agency. It can help union representatives to understand better the new regulatory framework of EASA and its internal governance, developing better interaction within the Agency’s system and to influence their companies to put in place a proper methodology on safety-related change management. The training package also helps trade unions address the changes brought about by the revised EASA Basic Regulation, including new areas of responsibility such as ground handling or air quality.
