Agressions and insecurity in UPT (November 2003; 2011)

Social partner activities to tackle third party violence in urban public transport. The Joint Recommendations from 2003 are signed by ETF and UITP, IRU and supported by CER and CEEP. In 2011 we  investigated the state of play on the implementation of these recommendations.

Our recommendations are available in DE, EN, FR, and then a report in English assesses the implementation.
