Better Understanding “Arduous Occupations” within the European Pension Debate (October 2014)

This research report investigates the notion of “arduous occupations” and its relevance in several EU countries. It then makes recommendations on how workers in such jobs should be treated in European pension reforms. This research report was produced in an EU-funded joint project between various ETUFs.
