Agreement concluded by the European Transport Workers’ Federation (ETF) and the Community of European Railways (CER) on certain aspects of the working conditions of mobile workers engaged in interoperable cross-border services as well as Council Directive 2005/47/EC. The original version of the agreement was signed in French.
