The ETF sent these two messages to our affiliate the Trade Union of Railwaymen and Transport Construction Workers of Ukraine (TURTCWU – Профспілка залізничників і транспортних будівельників України) to support their demands for better conditions at the Ukranian railways:
- A motion from the Executive Committee on 9-10 May 2019 that was sent to the Prime Minister, President and the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada.
- A letter from our President and Acting General Secretary on 13 May 2019.
These messages were timed to coincide with a massive rally in Kiev on 14 May 2019.
