Due to the decision of your local management to object to the recognition of TÜMTİS, the union and workers have lost more than one year in their struggle to obtain collective bargaining rights.
The local management in Turkey shall honour the court decision and recognise TÜMTİS’s right to bargain on behalf of its members.
